Congratulations to the more than 50 online students who received spring 2018 scholarships ranging from $600 to $1,500 each for a grand total of $54,200. The fall 2018 scholarship application is now open, and degree-seeking Global Campus students are eligible to apply.
Many of you will be beginning the spring semester's second round of 8-week classes shortly. This is a reminder to check your K-State email and K-State Online for information and announcements from your instructors. Enrollment will remain open until the first day of the class. Use our class search to view available offerings. Our apologies if you also now have Livin' on a Prayer stuck in your head. We'll make it, I swear.
Students in the Baltimore, Maryland, area are invited to join us at a student and alumni reception at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 14, at the James Joyce Irish Pub & Restaurant. RSVP online. K-State Global Campus offers nine online minors and more than 25 online certificate programs that may complement your current area of study. Minors and certificates allow you to delve deeper into a topic that may not be covered under your major (academic bonus) and look nice on a resume (job bonus). The Global Campus Resource Wheel (PDF) illustrates services that are available to distance students who are victims of sexual violence, dating violence, stalking and sexual harassment. It also notes which services are confidential and available 24/7.
