Virtual Commencement

K-State Online would like to recognize our spring and summer 2023 graduates in a special way, on our Virtual Commencement website. Whether or not you are attending commencement on campus, please consider this opportunity to include a little something extra for K-State faculty and staff, along with your friends and family, to enjoy. Complete this form and submit a photo, brief video or statement by April 21, to be linked to your name on the graduates list. Cap and gown optional; K-State pride required!

Graduation Deadlines

Friday, April 14 is the deadline for graduate students to complete several items in order to graduate in May. See the K-State Graduate School Graduation and Commencement Checklists for details. Undergraduate students: direct any questions about graduation to your academic advisor. It's the final countdown.

Incomplete Policy

We're familiar with letter grades A/B/C/D/F (but mostly A's, am I right?). So what's an "I"? I is for incomplete. The grade of incomplete is a temporary grade given at the discretion of the faculty upon request of the student. It is used only when verifiable circumstances beyond the student's control prevent completion of course requirements by the grade submission deadline. Familiarize yourself with the Incomplete Policy and contact your major professor or advisor if you have questions.

Interlibrary Loan

Did you know about the interlibrary loan services available to you? K-State Libraries will ship K-State and interlibrary loan materials to distance students who live more than 40 miles from campus for free! Living overseas? You can still receive K-State library materials. Request K-State or interlibrary loan materials a few weeks ahead of your deadline to allow for shipping. Note: students are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Grad Student Appreciation Week

It's Graduate Student Appreciation Week! We want to thank our K-State Online graduate students for their contributions to the university and their fields of study. Kudos, grad students! Near or far, we recognize your hard work, passion and dedication

IT Help

This is a friendly reminder that enrollment is officially underway for the summer and fall 2023 semesters. Any active K-State student, faculty or staff can download Read&Write for home or office use at no cost. Review the FAQs and read more about tuition insurance to consider signing up before the next term begins.
