Prepare to Enroll

Enrollment dates are assigned for the summer and fall 2023 semesters. Find your unique enrollment date/time and check for holds to have them removed before then. Use the K-State Online course search to view available options and connect with your academic advisor or major professor early so you're prepared. Remember that tuition is not due at enrollment, but by the first day of class.

K-State Libraries

If you plan to use financial assistance for summer, you will need to fill out the summer financial aid application.  Review the requirements on the form before finalizing your enrollment plans.

Duo for students

To keep your personal information safe, K-State is requiring all students to enroll and use Duo two-factor authentication to provide a second layer of security for their account when using K-State tools and services. Watch for an email regarding your time to enroll in Duo (this is legit!). Students will need to follow the instructions in the email and enroll in Duo within two weeks of receiving the email. If you duo, you'll maintain access to K-State's applications and systems; if you don't, you'll lose access (see what I did there?). To learn more about Duo student enrollment, view the Duo Student Enrollment FAQ.Questions can also be directed to the IT Service Desk at 800-865-6143 or 785-532-7722 or via Live Chat.

Trio

Educational Support Services (ESS) is a free program funded by a TRIO Federal grant that helps first-generation, income limited and students with disabilities earn undergraduate degrees. Participating in the program comes with many great benefits and opportunities designed to make sure students improve academic success, graduate and achieve life goals. Services are free to active program participants and are available until graduation. Review eligibility criteria and apply here.

Apply for graduation

If you are finishing degree requirements this spring or summer, remember to apply for graduation. Doing so by March 1 will ensure your name is included in the printed commencement program. The spring application closes on May 5. Undergraduate students: direct any questions about graduation to your academic advisor. Graduate students: view the deadlines for graduation and ETDR submission checklists and contact the K-State Graduate School at 785-532-6191 or grad@k-state.edu with any questions.

24/7 support program

Access includes 24/7 real-time, confidential mental health support services for everything from immediate crisis to everyday concerns and more.
