Opportunity for Spring Graduates

K-State Online would like to recognize our spring 2020 graduates in a special way. If you will be graduating this spring, please consider this opportunity to include a little something extra for K-State faculty and staff, along with your friends and family, to enjoy. Complete this form and submit a photo, brief video or statement we can link to your name on our Virtual Commencement website by May 15 (cap and gown optional; K-State pride required). Also, stay tuned for more information on Virtual Commencement to come!

First Generation Grad Reception

The Office of First-Generation Students will be hosting its graduation reception via Facebook live from 2:30-3:30 p.m. CDT on Friday, May 15. If you are a first-generation student graduating this spring, please sign up to attend the recognition event by May 1. Students will receive a green cord - symbolic of resilience - to wear to graduation in the fall, along with other small tokens of congratulatory sentiment.

Finals Prep

The road to finals can be bumpy and full of hazards. Before you start spinning your wheels, take some time to review this finals prep worksheet and YouTube video from the ever helpful staff in the Academic Achievement Center. You can even take their Buzzfeed quiz to gauge your readiness level with a touch of comic relief. We are rooting for you!

Mental Health Resources

Counseling Services has partnered with ULifeline, a national website where you can access helpful information on a variety of topics pertinent to your college experience, including suicide prevention information. Check out the "The Facts" section for signs and symptoms specific to a number of disorders and mental health concerns. Educate yourself and help #breakthestigma.
