Almost There

Keep calm — you're almost there. The fall 2022 semester officially ends on Friday, Dec. 9, with final exams occurring and major projects due over the course of the next two weeks. Best of luck finishing up your semester. You've got this. We understand if several coffee plants are harmed in the process.

Virtual Commencement

K-State commencement ceremonies will be held Dec. 9 and 10 in Manhattan, Kansas (or in Salina, Kansas, if you're a K-State Polytechnic graduate), and will recognize graduates from the fall 2022 semester. Although we hope our distance students will join us on campus, many will not be able to do so. As a way to honor and celebrate their accomplishment, K-State Global Campus offers this Virtual Commencement website. University faculty and staff, family and friends can post their congratulations through a virtual reception message board. Post or read congratulatory messages here.

Financial Tip

If you're graduating this semester, you might be preparing for interviews. Remember, you are your best advocate when negotiating your salary. Powercat Financial offers some great tips and tools on transitioning to work.

IT Resources After Graduation

Graduates have access to K-State email as long as they continue to change their password every 180 days. Check out the other IT resources you will retain and lose access to once you leave K-State.

Stay Connected

As the semester nears its end, we want to remind you of all the ways you can stay connected with us, whether it's through social media or other online news sources. For those who are graduating, your K-State experience doesn't end here. Learn more about alumni opportunities and how you can keep connected to K-State after graduation.
