Finals Prep

The road to finals can be bumpy and full of hazards. Before you start spinning your wheels, take some time to review this finals prep checklist tool and YouTube video from the ever helpful staff in the Academic Achievement Center. You can even take their BuzzFeed quiz for direction on which resources to start with when preparing for finals based on your individual needs. We are rooting for you!

FAFSA Deadline

As a reminder, the priority date for submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the 2023-2024 academic year is Dec. 1. If you have questions while filling out your form, make sure to connect with your financial aid advisor.

Chance to Win

K-State is committed to keeping students' personal information as secure as possible, which is why the Division of Information Technology has implemented a two-factor authentication system called Duo. All students will be required to use Duo in the spring, but early Duo enrollment is available now through Jan. 13. Students who enroll early will be entered into a drawing to win one of 20 pairs of Apple AirPods. To view the eligibility requirements and rules for the Apple AirPod drawings, view the Duo Incentive page.

Study Abroad Financial Tip

Studying abroad can be one of the greatest decisions of your college career. Exploring and immersing yourself in a new culture has many personal benefits. It can improve your outlook on life, spark creativity, allow you to connect with different cultures and people, and create lifelong memories. However, studying abroad can be expensive. A graduate assistant with Powercat Financial provides tips on creating a study abroad budget to help you determine if studying abroad is feasible for you.
