Show me the money

Students enrolled in a K-State Online bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree program can apply now for spring 2023 scholarships. Global Campus awards scholarships based on a variety of eligibility factors, including financial need, military status, degree program, current employer or grade point average.

24/7 Student Support Program

K-State has partnered with Lifeworks My Student Support Program (Lifeworks My SSP) to offer free mental health and well-being support for all K-State students. Access includes 24/7 real-time, confidential mental health support services for everything from immediate crisis to everyday concerns and more. Watch the My SSP app tutorial video and check out the My SSP app today. Graduate students should email grad@k-state.edu.

Last Day to Drop Without a W

Sept. 26 is the last day to drop a regular session (aka full-semester) class without a W (aka withdrawal) being recorded on your transcript. At risk of sounding like a broken record, remember to review drop/refund dates for each course individually, as non-standard (aka short) classes have different deadlines. Dropping all of your classes requires you to contact your academic dean's office. Graduate students should email grad@k-state.edu.

Career Fair

The K-State All-University Virtual Career Fair is next Wednesday, Oct. 5. The event is hosted entirely online through Handshake, making it possible for Wildcats near and far to participate. See a real-time list of participating employers and register for the event in Handshake. Then polish your resume and review tips on attending a virtual fair to prepare.

Deadline for Name in Commencement Program

Graduating seniors: apply for graduation by Sept. 30 so your dean's office can review prior to the Oct. 8 deadline for names to be printed in the commencement program. Check the commencement ceremonies website to see the schedule of ceremonies, graduation checklists and other announcements. Undergraduate students: direct any questions to your academic advisor. Graduate students: view the deadlines for graduation and commencement checklists and contact the Graduate School at 785-532-6191 or grad@k-state.edu with questions.
