Apply for Scholarships

Current students should apply for scholarships offered through the Office of Student Financial Assistance by March 15. These are for scholarships awarded for the 2022-2023 academic year. K-State Global Campus has a separate scholarship application that awards three times per year. See our website for specific application deadlines (tip: the summer application opens today, Feb. 15!). Students are encouraged to complete both applications.

Last Day to Drop Without a W

Feb. 22 is the last day to drop a regular session (aka full-semester) class without a W (aka withdrawal) being recorded on your transcript. Non-standard (aka short) courses have their own unique drop/refund dates and follow these deadlines. Dropping all of your classes requires you to contact your academic dean's office. Graduate students should email grad@k-state.edu.

Deadline for Name in Commencement Program

If you are finishing degree requirements this spring or summer, remember to apply for graduation. Doing so by March 1 will ensure your name is included in the printed commencement program. Undergraduate students: direct any questions about graduation to your academic advisor. Graduate students: view the deadlines for graduation and ETDR submission checklists and contact the K-State Graduate School at 785-532-6191 or grad@k-state.edu with any questions.

Education Abroad

Dreaming of going abroad but not sure where to start planning? Consider earning college credit while you're at it, and leave the details to our K-State experts! Get the 4-1-1 by watching Education Abroad 101 before meeting with an education abroad advisor.
