Time to Enroll

Enrollment is officially underway for the spring 2021 semester. If you are receiving an error message when attempting to enroll, it could be because your unique enrollment date hasn't passed or you have holds. Pro tip: add to your shopping cart so you're prepared to "finish enrolling" when your enrollment date/time comes. Just remember that adding to your cart doesn't reserve a spot for you, like that sweater you knew you should have bought but was in your cart for too long and got swept up. So be sure to proceed to the step "finish enrolling" as soon as you can to get what you need before it's gone.

Virtual Commencement

K-State Online would like to recognize our fall 2020 graduates in a special way. If you will be graduating this fall, please consider this opportunity to include a little something extra for K-State faculty and staff, along with your friends and family, to enjoy. Complete this form and submit a photo, brief video or statement by Nov. 15, which will be linked to your name on our Virtual Commencement website. Cap and gown optional, K-State pride required! Stay tuned for more information on virtual commencement.

Financial Tip

Managing a well-balanced budget is hard. Thankfully, smart people continually create technology to help! Consider downloading a spending tracker program to assist you with an easy and sustainable budgeting process. Not sure where to start? A Powercat Financial peer counselor compares a few of these tools in her article Two of the Best Kept Secrets to Save Time.

Cultural Opportunity

Americans’ understanding of the history of the American West, including that of the Great Plains, has been significantly shaped by novels, movies and television Westerns. These narratives often leave out the voices of the region’s indigenous inhabitants, women and other groups. Educate yourself by viewing the online exhibit Voices of the West
