Happy Holidays and Holiday Hours

Happy holidays from Kansas State University Global Campus. May your 2020 be full of joy, happiness and good grades. The university will reduce activity and K-State Global Campus will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2019, through Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020. We will reopen for normal operation on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020. WorldWide Wildcats will grace your inbox with helpful information once again when the regular spring semester begins, Tuesday, Jan. 21.

Final Grades

Heads up: fall 2019 grades will be available for students to view in KSIS after 8 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 24.

Free Transcripts

Order transcripts while they’re still free! Friday, Jan. 3 is the last day to order transcripts at no charge for current students who graduated fall 2019 or who will not be enrolled in spring 2020. After that date, former student transcript fees apply. Recent graduates can select the Hold for Degree option so transcripts will be sent after your degree has posted.

Enroll in Intersession

January intersession is set to take place Dec. 30, 2019-Jan. 17, 2020. Intersession is a time between university semesters when students can concentrate on one class in a shorter, accelerated period of time. Whether you want to balance your upcoming spring schedule, work ahead on your degree or take a fun elective during winter break, intersession has something for everyone. Browse and enroll in upcoming intersession classes.

Time to Enroll

Don't forget that enrollment is well underway for the spring 2020 semester. K-State Global Campus offers more than 600 online courses each semester. Step 1: search for classes. Step 2: enroll in classes. Tuition is not due until the first day of the semester, Jan. 21, so enroll today to secure your spot, as classes tend to fill up quickly.

Stay Connected

As the semester nears its end, we want to remind you of all the ways you can stay connected with us, whether it's through social media or other online news sources. For those who are graduating, your K-State experience doesn't end here. Learn more about alumni opportunities and how you can keep connected to K-State after graduation. Reunited and it feels so good.

Access to IT Resources

Graduates have access to K-State email as long as they continue to change their password every 180 days. Check out the other IT resources you will retain and lose access to once you leave K-State.
