Show Me The Money

Students enrolled in a Global Campus bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree program should apply now for spring 2019 scholarships. We're planning to award up to $36,500 for spring 2019 to distance students based on a variety of eligibility factors, including grade point average, financial need, military status, degree program or current employer.

Support During a Natural Disaster

Our thoughts are with our students in the path of Hurricane Florence. K-State Global Campus is here to offer support to students who understandably may need assistance with academic challenges during this time. Please contact us.

Research Workshops

K-State Libraries and the Graduate School have teamed up to offer The Library and Your Research Workshops series. These free, hour-long workshops are designed to provide graduate students with a solid foundation for a successful academic experience. Sessions are streamed live via Zoom and recordings are available on the library's website.

Last Day To Drop Without A W

Sept. 24 is the last day to drop a regular session (aka full-semester) class without a W (aka withdrawal) being recorded on your transcript. Just to make things interesting, non-standard (aka short) courses have their own unique drop/refund dates and follow these deadlines. Dropping all of your classes requires you to contact your academic dean's office. Graduate students should email grad@k-state.edu.

Kat Chats

K-State Counseling Services provides online presentations on timely topics to promote and enhance human strength and positive mental health practices. Presentations are held from 4 to 4:45 p.m. CST on Tuesdays, and distance students can join via Zoom. Presentations also are recorded and saved online.

Pumpkin Spice Everything

Friday, Sept. 22 is the first day of the fall season. Fall at K-State means football (go Cats), 60 degree weather, long walks on the beach campus admiring the changing leaves and pumpkin-flavored Call Hall ice cream. Happy fall, ya'll.
