On this episode of Mythbusters, join K-State Counseling Services for a Kat Chat on breaking the stigma of psychological disorders. They'll set the record straight on psychological disorders in the U.S. and around the world, discuss strategies for addressing the stigma and provide resources for seeking help. Distance students can join via Zoom from 4:00-4:45 p.m. CST on October 10.
