Poorly managed stress can have a significant impact on our bodies, mental health and relationships. Learn more about ways to cope with stress effectively. Distance students can join via Zoom from 4:00-4:45 p.m. CST on October 3.

Minors and certificates allow you to delve deeper into a topic that may not be covered under your major (academic bonus) and look nice on a resume (job bonus).
