Noncredit Programs

K-State is the right partner for you if you are looking for professional development in a variety of fields. Professionals in fields such as agriculture, engineering, business, early childhood education, K-12 education, food science and veterinary medicine stay current in both their professional knowledge as well as in their certifications or licensures with the educational opportunities that K-State offers. Noncredit programs are offered online and in face-to-face settings, depending on the needs of the program and the participants needing professional development.

Because noncredit short courses have high value to industry and business, there is a market for high quality, university-based, professional and informal learning content. Creation of Electronic Noncredit Short Courses (pdf) is a guide for K-State faculty and partners who are interested in developing online noncredit courses.

Guidelines and resources for developing online courses and programs
