Hospitality Management Minor

The undergraduate minor in hospitality management provides a basic understanding of the practice and theoretical underpinnings of food and beverage, lodging, or meeting and event management that builds on the strength of the full bachelor’s program.

This minor is designed to offer an additional credential for non-majors that expect to work within or alongside the hospitality industry upon graduation, as well as provide additional career options to those who have an interest in the field.

Kansas State University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

The hospitality management minor is offered through the School of Family Studies and Human Services in the K-State College of Health and Human Sciences.
