Students must meet the following criteria to earn an undergraduate minor in conflict analysis and trauma studies:

  • Completion of the 18 required course hours for the minor
  • Not on probation
  • A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher on course work applied to the minor
  • All requirements of your major program are met

*Must be enrolled in a Kansas State University degree program and enrolled during the semester in which the minor program requirements are completed.

Core Courses (required)

  • CNRES 529  Understanding Trauma and Traumatic Stress (3 credits)
  • CNRES 531 Core Conflict Resolution (3 credits)

Elective Courses

Choose a minimum of two courses (6 credit hours) from:

  • CNRES 533 Prevention and Intervention of Violence (3 credits)
  • CNRES 534 Conflict in Organizations (3 credits)
  • CNRES 535 Divorce and Child Custody Mediation (3 credits)
  • CNRES 536 Conflict and Trauma Abroad (3 credits)
  • CNRES 530 Coping with Life Crises (3 credits)
