Course Content

Health and Wellness 101: Everyday Small Changes will offer modules that are fun and engaging and will include activities such as videos and interactive games. Participants will share on message boards where they can interact with others and have fun conversations about healthier lifestyles.

Topics in the course will include:

  • meal planning
  • portion control
  • emotional eating
  • healthy cooking
  • physical activity
  • body image
  • stress management
  • substance abuse
  • sleep habits
  • label reading
  • ways to lower risk for diseases

Participants will have access to weekly real-time chats with a Registered Dietitian to talk about what they are learning and how to apply the information to their life.
