Health and Wellness 101

Everyday Small Changes

Health and Wellness is a free online course in the format of a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) offered through Kansas State University Global Campus and the College of Health and Human Sciences.

The course content will focus on small, realistic changes a person can make to improve their health, physical fitness and overall wellbeing.

Learn how to:

  • lower risk for diseases such as HTN, heart disease, diabetes, stroke and cancer
  • eat healthier
  • include physical activity into your everyday life
  • manage stress
  • read food labels
  • develop good sleeping habits

The course is offered in six, one-hour modules delivered over a six-week period. Participants can log in at any time and complete the course on their own schedule.
