Curriculum and Instruction Doctorate
The Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction is designed for the advanced student who wants to achieve a superior level of competency in his or her professional field with emphasis on practice and leadership. The program provides an understanding of the historical, philosophical and societal basis of educational practice and the application of research to practice. With an emphasis on the challenges facing contemporary K-12 educators, admission to the program is limited to licensed educators with at least three years of classroom teaching experience.
