- Responsible for directing all initiatives within the Student and Faculty Services Unit in providing key services to prospective and current students and to faculty teaching through K-State Global Campus.
- Provide leadership for prospective and current student interaction and services by managing the elements from first inquiry through application, enrollment, retention and graduation.
- Lead and supervise the Student and Faculty Services staff.
Pamela has worked in the field of Academic Advising and Student Services since 1997. She began her career working with the National Academic Advising Association, where she served as a Graduate Assistant and Program Assistant. Upon receiving her graduate degree, Pamela worked for 14 years as an Academic Advisor and the Director of Academic Advising at Washburn University, where she had the opportunity to work with a diverse population of students, creating retention initiatives and programs for various student populations. She returned to K-State in 2014 as Director of the Professional Mentoring Program in the College of Human Ecology. She currently serves as Director of Student and Faculty Services in Global Campus. Pamela teaches a first-year success course, and is taking coursework towards a Ph.D. Pamela, her spouse, and their four children enjoy living in Manhattan, KS. They embrace all the area has to offer, including K-State athletics, Konza Prairie hikes, kayaking the river and living in a college town.
