Show Me the Money

Students enrolled in a Global Campus bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree program should apply now for spring and summer 2018 scholarships. We're planning to award up to $36,500 for spring 2018 and $26,500 for summer 2018 to distance students based on a variety of eligibility factors including grade point average, financial need, military status, degree program or current employer. At this time, applicants will not be required to eat bugs or complete physical challenges to win.

Last Day for 50% Refund

Today, September 18, is the last day to drop a regular session (aka full-semester) class for a 50% refund. Just to make things interesting, non-standard (aka short) courses have their own unique drop/refund dates and follow these deadlines. Dropping all of your classes requires you to contact your academic dean's office. Graduate students should email grad@k-state.edu.

Kat Chats

Studies show that chatting with your cat...just kidding. If you tend to feel anxious about exams, papers or other assignments, join K-State Counseling Services for a Kat Chat on academic anxiety. Learn how to manage and cope with stress or anxiety related to academic assignments and performance. Distance students can join via Zoom from 4-4:45 p.m. CST on September 19.

Pumpkin Spice Everything

Friday, September 22, is the first day of the fall season. Fall at K-State means football (go Cats), 60 degree weather, long walks on the beach campus admiring the changing leaves and pumpkin-flavored Call Hall ice cream. Happy fall, y'all.
