K-State Fort Riley and Fort Leavenworth Offices
K-State offers personal attention to military and their families with an office at Fort Riley in the Education Center. Staff are available to help individuals map out their career goals and navigate the university system and the army education system.
K-State offers Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Power Plant certification test preparation courses on-site at Fort Riley. This program covers:
General review course – Includes basics of civilian aviation maintenance and portfolio development
Airframe review course – Covers mechanical structures, systems and components of aircraft
Power plant review course – Encompasses reciprocating and turbine engines on many types of aircraft

K-State offers an M.S. in Adult Learning and Leadership and an M.S and Ph.D. in Security Studies face to face at Fort Leavenworth. Learn more about the programs.
