Personal Financial Planning Graduate Certificate
The personal financial planning graduate certificate is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) Board-registered program. K-State's certificate in personal financial planning is unlike any other program in the country. The majority of programs registered with Certified Financial Planner Board of standards Inc. either require in-class attendance or they rely on self-study materials. The K-State program offers students an opportunity to combine self-study with a mentoring classroom-type experience. The program is offered totally online.
The program enhances personal financial knowledge and provides accurate and timely information in the key areas of financial planning.
With all course work counting as graduate credit, students will have a headstart in pursuing K-State's online master's in personal financial planning.
The program is offered through the Great Plains Interactive Distance Education Alliance (Great Plains IDEA).
