Admission Requirements for the Family and Community Services Master's Degree Program

Admission into the family and community services master's degree program requires:

  • A bachelor's degree with minimum 3.0 GPA on the last 60 hours of course work
  • Admission into the K-State Graduate School

Application Deadlines

Application deadline for the summer and fall semesters is February 1st of each calendar year.  Application deadline for the spring semester is September 1st of the preceding calendar year.  This means that all transcripts, application fees and any other requirements must be completed and received in the Graduate School by these dates.

Please note: It takes at least four to six weeks for an application to be processed once all application materials have been received by the university.
